HOTEL ACCOMODATIONS

IRVA’s 2011 Remote Viewing Conference will be held in Las Vegas over the weekend of June 17-19, at the Green Valley Ranch Resort, Spa and Casino, which is only minutes away from McCarran International Airport and the Las Vegas Strip. The hotel provides a free shuttle to and from the airport. Please check the Green Valley Ranch Resort, Spa and Casino website for the shuttle service schedule.

The Green Valley Ranch (GVR) is a place where you can have the best of Las Vegas, but also feel as though you are getting away from it all in a resort atmosphere. The room decor is lovely, the hotel has Old World Mediterranean charm, and the grounds are beautifully landscaped.

There are many dining options inside the GVR: The Original Pancake House, Terra Verde, Hank's Steakhouse, Turf Grill, the Tides Oyster Bar, Fiesta Buffet, Sushi + Sake, China Spice, and Quick Serve Outlets. Right across the street in The District shopping center there are many more (i.e., Whole Foods grocery store, PF Changs, Lucille's BBQ, Cheesecake Factory, etc.).

Conference attendees staying at the GVR will receive a daily newspaper, coffee in the room and lobby, high-speed internet access, unlimited local and toll free calls, turndown service upon request, and free admission to the exercise facility at the resort.

Note: Hotel reservations are not included in the conference registration fee. Hotel reservations must be made separately by attendees.

Make your hotel reservations early so you can take advantage of our group discount rate. Individual hotel reservations must be received while the rooms in our block are still available, or no later than May 17, 2011 (30 days prior to the conference). Once IRVAs reserved room block has been filled, or after the cut-off date, any new reservation or changes to an existing room reservation will be accepted based upon space available and the current room rates.
